Campus Mediation

Analysing conflict management on university campuses and developing a mediation-based, sustainable institutional solution model.

About the Project

Treating conflict as a structural process, not an individual one.

Universities are social spaces where students, academic staff and administrative bodies form multi-layered relationships and where differing expectations and needs intersect. The project approaches campus disputes as structural processes that directly affect institutional functioning and the academic climate.
